I had considered becoming a home inspector, until I saw how much fun Beth was having as a real estate agent. I realized that pairing her customer service and negotiating skills along with my homebuilding-repairing-remodeling knowledge, would allow us to offer our clients the best service and knowledge possible when it comes to buying and selling their homes or investment properties. Some of my projects - I purchased a 1700 sf two story log cabin needing a complete overhaul of the basement/foundation along with needing a full remodel inside. With the help of friends and family, we raised it ourselves on beams and built a new foundation. The home also needed a garage, which we built as well. Beth and I love rehabbing fixer-uppers and are currently in the process of a complete remodel. This is our “fun” time when not selling homes.
